COVID-19 Summary
Bottom Line Equipment is committed to safely continuing operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. We value our partnerships with our customers and vendors and have been driven to keep our service centers open and our rental fleet available.
For the last 6 weeks, we have required our Salesforce to remain virtual. With some restrictions limiting, we will begin allowing appointment-only visits from our salesmen.
Before visiting any customer sites, we would like to know if your company has any COVID-19 safety protocols we should be following. Below are some of the steps we have been taking to protect our employees and customers.

Before visiting any customer sites, we would like to know if your company has any COVID-19 safety protocols we should be following. Below are some of the steps we have been taking to protect our employees and customers.
Our COVID-19 Protocol:
Employee Safety:
We have procured masks for our essential employees to protect themselves and others. Our Salesmen are also equipped with hand sanitizer and gloves.
Machine Decontamination:
Service Dept. wipes down entire cab and doors of machines as they leave for rent, and when they return.
Drivers:
Our truck drivers wipe down cab and doors of machine after unloading unit on customers’ jobsite.
Screening Prior To Entry:
All Bottom Line employees and/or visitors are screened prior to entering any Bottom Line Equipment facility for any signs of the virus or temperature.
Safe Work Spaces:
All essential employees who are not able to work from home are maintaining safe distances from each other. We have installed plexi glass shields for offices and areas that do not allow a full 6 feet spacing. Offices are also supplied with CDC recommended sanitizers and protocols to maintain a healthy working environment.
The safety of our employees, their families, and our customers is of the utmost importance to us. As we begin to allow employees to slowly migrate back into their offices and into the field, we are taking every precaution.
